At Bane Toggery, every item is custom-made with care. Because of this, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a printing error
- You received the wrong product
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- Photos of the issue must be provided
- The original packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom designs
- Sale items
- Worn or washed products
For eligible issues, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
